Yes I know its a mix. You think baking a mix it's easy ah?? I also failed using mix.. anyway it's cost efficient and time saving.
The ingredients: The mix, 1/4 cup of oil, 1 egg, and 2 tablespoon of water... I was so amazed that 2 tablespoon of water is only required in the mixture... ahh.. the wondrous of baking.
Of course, you need an ipod to make baking time more syok..
Apparently, while I was busy fumbling with the camera and the ipod, I heard a splat.. I turned back to see what the heck is that and it took me a second to realise that my egg had just rolled off the table and landed on the floor. There goes an egg.... I guessed this is how humpty dumpty looked like when he fell off the wall.
All set to bake.
but the stirrer decided to break down... so I have to use labour..... with a spoon..
I know why my mum laugh out loud when I said I wanna be a cook.....
After minutes of torturous stirring with a spoon. in the end I decided to go hands on...At first, I used one hand, then I got annoyed thus, both hands.. until I realised I forgotten to wash my hands..
Finally, its in the oven..
While waiting for the 20 minutes to be up, I spend my time eating the remaining mixture.. till I saw this...
Who knows how many kilos I've eaten....@_@
Preparation for the arrival of cookies...
From today onwards, I never use my instinct to bake... Initially, when the timer goes off, I tried poking the cookies.. They seem kinda soft... like... raw-soft like... But the instructions says that 20 minutes is sufficient. I have an instinct, to wait longer.. but I also have another instinct not to wait....but I decide to wait for 5 more minutes..and the result.. jieng! jieng! jieng!
Partial of them were burnt... See what instinct does to you....Don't believe them, they're evil..
Anyway, they were still edible.. Credits to Betty Crocker... Even burnt cookies taste good.. Seriously...
& then I tried improvising it... & it does taste good..but looked disgusting...
Sigh, I have to accept that I can't bake.. but it was fun!!
p.s I just realised, I never wash any of the utensil before using...

If you must know, The cookies come out soft just out of the oven and when you let them cool down several minutes later, they become cookie hard.

HMM. I haven't baked since you were with me the other time! I should start baking and do a post!
....on the other hand maybe not. all those calories and no access to gym makes me shudder.
