Yes, I'm back. This is not about baking , because I haven't started baking but I got my ingredients. ^_^. Anyway, I spent almost an hour in the mall and I noticed quite a lot.
When you go to a supermarket, or any places where humans or scientifically known as '
homo sapiens' hang out, you'll see that there are many types of people. Also, that depends on the time and day. So today I just happen to be at the mall on a weekday afternoon. & I met 5 types of people at the mall.
*Note that there are subdivided categories for every type.*** This is from what I observed and what I think of, if you feel offended, please do know that it's not my problem & I don't care because that's only my opinion, and if you feel uncomfortable, don't bother reading it**5 types of Peoples at the mall on a weekday afternoon.1. The couplesThe newly weds/unmarried- You'll see them still very lovey dovey, hand in hand they walk. The female one will rest her head on the male's shoulder with a hand across his waist, while the male will put a hand across her shoulders or waist.
Sometimes if you are lucky, you'll see some
PDA (public display of affections) actions here and there. Malaysia mah, what to do??
Kissing is forbidden in public, or you'll get a big fat saman and a hole in your wallet.
The long time wed couple- This depends whether their marriage is a happy one or not. The happy ones will still walk hand in hand and still have a lot of common topic to talk. The unhappy ones will walk either hand in hand reluctantly but the female will focus on the shops, while her partner secretly stares at other females.
The still-studying couple- Still dressed in uniform. Some may still hold hands, some lagi terror..
waist to waist. no more holding hands already..
2.The MothersThe BFF mothers- There are three types.. The first one is both mother's have the
same hairstyle, the second one is both mother's
dressed the same style, the third one is both
dressed differently. Never the less, they are still the same. They will shop together, eat together, walk together.. & normally these BFF's mothers usually come from another group called 'Ke-po-chi mothers'.
These are the mums who always arrived in school half an hour earlier and meet up with other mums who are earlier too and have big discussions until the bell rings. First, they
TALK about their own child's grade (
for sure, 100% guaranteed), then they
COMPARE their children's grade, then they
CRITIC other children's grade, then they GOSSIP about other mums and children, then they
BOAST about their husband or children and it goes on and on.. never ending.
Super mums- These mothers are found in the clothing department, or the supermarket with their kids who are running here and there and everywhere, and you can hear her screaming and shrieking to her kids asking them to behave or she will call the indian uncle to take them away. Ahhh... that my friend, is the breadwinner of the family.
They do grocery shopping, clothes hunting and everything including household errands for her family. Her husband? They are either
working their ass off, divorced, dead or unemployed.
The dynamic mums- You'll see them in offices lady outfit with few inches high heel and a gucci other branded handbegs on their arms, smart-looking and the look of a tigress.. You do not want to mess with them.
3. The benchwarmersThe uncles- Unmarried or married, they are alone on the bench, for a few hours. Who knows how long they've been sitting there. They sat there all day long, day dreaming. & they too stare at every girl or woman who passed them.
The grandparents- They sit there supervising their grandchildren who are about the age of 3-5, running here and there.
The single ladies- they sit there, envying couples passing. Rolling their eyes whenever a couple passed.
4. Working staff.
Les Misérables- These are the miserable staff where you can find them in the stores or in those small booth along the mall. They put on a depressed face as if someone has died.
The flirt-They flirt with other staff members, ignoring the presence of new customers.
The daggery eyes- These one you better be careful. They eye you down the minute you stepped in into their store.
At first, they asked whether you need help or not.
If you say yes, then they start recommending the most expensive product in their store.
If you say no, then they start to follow you and watch every step you make.
You touch anything, they look at you.. look at you only, never ask whether you want help or not. Until you look at them, then both parties stare at each other for one whole minute, after that only you ask about the products. You ask, not they ask. Who's serving who now?
5. The lone rangers- these are the ones that they have things to do, or nothing to do but is still satisfy with their own life having nobody to tie them down. These are the ones that stroll care-freely down the mall.
So, these are the 5 peoples that you can see in the mall at a weekday afternoon.. However, there will be different type of crowd when its on a weekend.
Which one are you?p.s I'm just a bystander.
